WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?
The festival takes place at Knebworth Park, Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Knebworth Park is just 25 minutes from London and 2 hours from Birmingham.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Please follow Brown Tourist signage for Knebworth House.
Knebworth Winter Festival is located off the A1 M, junction 7.
There is no access to the Festival site from Knebworth Village so please use a bus service to Stevenage Train Station and get a taxi from there.
The nearest Train Station to the venue is Stevenage, which is situated approximately two miles away from the festival site, please don’t use Knebworth. Regular services run from London Kings Cross Station directly to Stevenage Station, as well on the East Coast Main line from Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds and many other connecting stations. There is a taxi rank outside Stevenage station on Lytton Way.
The closest international and domestic airport is Luton, approximately 12 miles from site. Other airports around London include Stanstead (30 miles), Heathrow (45 miles) and Gatwick (75 miles).
IS THERE CAR PARKING?
Car parking is available on site for festival goers. In order to park your vehicle you will need to have purchased a Festival ticket.
CAN YOU GET DROPPED OFF/ PICKED UP FROM THE FESTIVAL?
There will be a designated drop/ collection area close to the festival entrance. This point will be signposted as you approach the site. Please note that you cannot park at the drop / collection area. If you wish to get a taxi from the festival site we strongly recommend that you pre-book as there will be no taxi rank at the entrance.
IS KNEBWORTH WINTER FESTIVAL FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Knebworth Winter Festival welcomes children of all ages, however please note that under 18’s will need to be accompanied by an adult.
IS KNEBWORTH WINTER FESTIVAL UNDER COVER?
Most content is undercover within the Barns or in the marquees outside however, please do dress for relevant weather conditions especially if you plan to spend the day with us.
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM
There are no cloakroom facilities within the festival site.
WHAT DISABLED FACILITIES ARE ONSITE?
Site access and ground condition:
Knebworth Winter Festival is located within the beautiful Knebworth Barns as well as the grounds situated in from of the Barns. This is undulating parkland which will be accessible to visitors with mobility impairments. Please take the weather into consideration when planning your visit over the event days as it can have an impact on mobility due to muddy patches.
There will be accessible car park spaces available exclusively to blue badge holders and our traffic stewards will be on hand to guide to assist
Please note you do not need to apply for your disabled space.
An onsite medical tent will be staffed throughout open periods.
Accessible toilets are located within the barns as well as the outside event space
Personal Assistant Tickets:
We wish to make Knebworth Winter Festival Festival accessible to everyone and therefore operate a personal assistant 2 for 1 scheme. This means we may provide those ticket holders who are in receipt of the higher rate DLA or enhanced PIP payment (or can otherwise supply supporting evidence of their necessity for personal assistance) with a free ticket for a personal assistant.

ARE PETS ALLOWED ON SITE?
No animals except assistance dogs are permitted at the festival.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
No food or drink is permitted to be taken within the main festival arena. However we ensure that fresh water is available on site at various water refill stations, as well plenty of options at our bars and street food.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Alcohol can only be purchased from for our bars and units.
The festival will hold a strict challenge 25 policy on all alcohol sales.
WHAT CONTENT IS INCLUDED IN MY ENTRY TICKET?
Festival tickets allows the attendee access to the festival site, which includes the Food & Christmas Market, Après Ski Lounge, food village & feature stage
** Please note some content on our feature stage requires an upgraded ticket and will be outlined on the timetable released online in September
** Enchanted Garden & Father Christmas experience required a separate entry ticket.

– Personal food and drink are prohibited
– Glass or sharp objects of any kind.
– Flares and fireworks.
